Full Details for 4 Bedroom End of Terrace for sale in Folkestone, CT19 :
Proudly standing in the heart of Cheriton this roomy Victorian town house should give you all the space you need to truly spread out. Space really is a common theme here especially in the reception areas and outside. The lounge and dining areas beautifully open up to create a sociable environment where friends and family can congregate enjoying each others company regardless of whether it be on the sofa round the tv or whilst sat at the dining table. In fact, it is easy to imagine hosting Sunday lunch and putting your culinary skills to the test in a kitchen which is sure to keep the chef of the house happy. This is a room where there will never be a dull moment; the sky light illuminates the room which also enjoys a view out to the rear garden. In the summer months you will be drawn outside where children can play, pets can run around and there will still be plenty of room to put your green fingers to good use. To further enhance this home's suitability for families there is a bathroom and a wet room saving unwanted queues and giving options depending on your mood or needs. Come the end of the day a good night's sleep is almost guaranteed in any one of the four bedrooms especially for Mum and Dad in the main bedroom.
We downsized to live here but before we purchased our home we rented for a year to make sure we bought the right place. We chose this house because we liked the space it offered with the open plan lounge/diner, extended kitchen and very large garden. It felt to us like a smaller version of what we had moved away from. We have made changes to the house replacing some windows, updating the boiler, fitting cavity wall insulation, putting a new flat roof on the kitchen extension, changing some flooring, redecorating and improving the front and rear gardens. We really like the facilities available along Cheriton High Street and there is a great bus service. The fast link train makes London easily accessible but above all this is a really friendly place to live.
