My partner and I have lived in this lovely end of terrace house since it was built by Berkeley Homes in 2003. We have both absolutely loved having our home here. The location is perfect just a 7-8 minute walk into town for shopping with a wide variety of restaurants and all other amenities. Canterbury East Station is also just a few minutes’ walk away, perfect for heading into London or up to Whitstable for a day at the seaside. We have regularly visited The Marlowe Theatre over the years, and in the summer often amble to the cricket ground which is easily walkable, to view both county and international matches. My partner has been able to further her studies, as there is both adult education available in the City, as well as two major, excellent universities.
