What attracted me most to this house was the extremely versatile accommodation and room sizes it offers.

The house is arranged over four floors, on the lower ground floor are two areas we use one as a bedroom and one as another reception room. There is also a useful shower room. On the ground floor there's loads of space; a lounge to the front, cloakroom in he middle and a dining room which has a gallery overlooking the light and airy kitchen which has two velux windows. There are two double bedrooms and the family bathroom on the first floor, and the whole of the top floor is taken up with the master bedroom which has sea views over the roof tops!
