We were looking at brand new houses as they are hassle free and we really liked this development but this was the only plot that we were interested in as it had extra parking and the potential for more. The garage is accessed directly from the back garden and there are now three extra parking spaces which are all situated on the plot which will be ideal if you are a multi-car family or receive regular visitors.
We have not had to do much to the house but we have redecorated, landscaped the rear garden and have fitted a "state of the art" CCTV and alarm system so that you can go on holiday knowing your house and belongings are safe.
This is a lovely road with fantastic neighbours and it is a peaceful and safe environment for you to raise a family.
