What attracted us most to this house was the location. We love to be able to walk through the square to the Royal Esplanade and to the harbour & beach, and the children can walk to school easily from here. Whilst we have been here we have re-furbished most of the house; we have sanded and polished many of the floors, put in a new kitchen, bathroom and shower room, re-plastered many of the walls, and restored the original fireplaces; all that remains for the next owner to do would be to re-decorate the staircase, fourth bedroom, and the second reception room on the ground floor. Due to increasing work commitments we do not have the time to finish the last two rooms but all the major work has been done for the new owner.
