We have thoroughly enjoyed our short time living here and we have taken care with the updating to be true to the original character of the house. We have kept many of the internal doors as natural wood and have added under floor insulation, roof insulation and installed a new boiler so it really does feel a warm house. We also had the roof replaced when we did the loft conversion.
We actually didn’t realise how fabulous the views were until the loft conversion was finished. That certainly was a real bonus!
We’d like to be closer to our new granddaughter now so a different location beckons for us and we really hope this next owner will appreciate the changes we have made and the great location we fell in love with.
