You probably hear this a lot, but as soon as we walked into the home, we instantly knew this would be the one for us.

The outbuilding (the den) has been a godsend, especially while our family was growing up. It has been a music room for a drum kit, a space for teenagers to hang out, a spare room for visitors and is currently an office and a gym. So much extra storage too.

Its very handy here for the local shops and buses and we are also close to some great open spaces.

We hope the next owners will have as many happy times here as we have.
