Locate the Springer Spaniel public house at Treburley roughly 4 miles south of Launceston on the A388 Callington road. Turn right alongside the pub towards Trebullett/Trekenner and after a few hundred yards take the first right turn towards Trekenner. Proceed for roughly 1/4 of a mile and on reaching the village Pen-Y-Bryn is the first property on the left hand side.
