When we made our offer on the last working day before Christmas in 2004 we knew this was a property that had a special something about it. Having viewed a few, we were taken aback by the size and location that this property holds.

The large lounge, separate dining room and 4 brilliant sized bedrooms pretty much sold it for us. The excellent cherry on top of an already impressive cake was the location. We knew this house would allow us to live happily without being cramped for space.

We have been truly happy here, we know we are leaving a wonderful house with great neighbours and are certain that you will be just as happy as us.
