We bought our family home 22 years ago, we knew the area well and were particularly taken by the size of the property with spacious reception rooms, four good size bedrooms, an exceptionally large sunny garden for this area and being very close to a bus stop to the Maidstone Grammar schools. It’s a safe and pleasant area for children to grow up and is served by good schools for all abilities with ease of access.

We have loved our garden and have had many barbecues over the years enjoying the sunny seclusion backing onto a wooded copse with all the wildlife this attracts. A plus has also been our walk-about hobbies loft and the huge storage space.
