Full Details for 4 Bedroom Detached for sale in Ashford, TN25 :
To the north east of Ashford lies a road that has always been one of the most popular places to live. Sandyhurst Lane connects the old Maidstone Road to Faversham Road in Boughton Aluph and hosts all manner of different properties from cottages to bungalows. This detached home is set back from the road and is accessed via a private track that leads to a double garage and the house itself. A stunning kitchen area welcomes you in. The vaulted ceiling offers a sense of space and openness and high gloss units create a modern feel. As a room this is where the family naturally congregate, gathered round the large breakfast bar catching up on the day in front of the Inglenook fireplace. The dining area next door is so big you could host a banquet! With plenty of windows and doors there's lots of light as there is throughout the whole home.A family will also appreciate the lounge, there's plenty of space for that large, flat screen TV as well as the children's toys. All 4 of the bedrooms are doubles and the bathroom upstairs is also big and spacious. This home is in an ideal location and also convenient for the town and motorway.
We came down this way 3 years ago and although we didn't know Ashford that well we had friends who recommended the area. We looked at nine in total and this one stood head and shoulders above the rest. It was much bigger and being dog owners, there was loads of space for all of us to enjoy.
The area is great but the house needed a little work. We've installed a new kitchen and shower room downstairs and fitted solar panels on the roof. We decorated the whole house and also dug out the garden which has made a real difference.
The configuration of the garden works really well, the lounge and dining room open out to a private garden which is perfect for entertaining, as its contained it is safe for children and dogs.
