We moved to Polegate from the countryside as we liked the area. Everything we need is within easy reach and we have plenty of space for when the family wants to stay. The close proximity to the train station was very important to us, as we often travel to London and it's only a short 15 minute walk away.

Eastbourne is a short drive away, and we have thoroughly enjoyed visiting the many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues it has to offer

We miss the countryside and want to be back out there which is why we are moving but we have really enjoyed our time here and hope the new owners do the same.
