Mum and dad moved here 15 years ago and now they have both sadly passed. They loved the peace and quiet the area afforded them and they loved living here as the neighbours are lovely and they felt very much part of a small community.

When we came to stay we used to like to walk out along the lane until we reached the Botolphs Bridge Inn, where we would stop for a bite to eat. We feel the location offers the best of both worlds as you feel like you live in the countryside yet the main town is about a 25 minute walk away with a further 10 minutes to the beach.
