We moved into Mellstock Avenue in the late Summer of 2004. We were particularly attracted by the large south facing garden and spent many hours designing the layout, planting borders and building a pond. My wife is a good botanical artist and used many plants and flowers from the garden as her inspiration, some of her paintings are hung in the house. We found the house to be perfect when we had out family to stay and spent many happy Christmas\‘s and New Year celebrations together. We hope that the new owners will be as happy as we have been living in the house.
