We have really enjoyed village life, especially here in Lyminge. We think it is a great place for families as our children attended the outstanding local primary school and subsequently attended the Canterbury grammar schools. The community spirit is great and we have found it a friendly village where people stop to say 'hello' to each other.

Everything we need is on our doorstep, as the village hosts a lot of amenities. There are two doctor's surgeries, two shops, a bakery, a post office, two pubs in walking distance (one in the village and one in Etchinghill), as well as a local takeaway when you do not feel like cooking!
