I thought this was going to be my long-term home so, with that in mind, I have renovated and refurbished it to the highest standard. Unfortunately, due to family circumstances I need to move; however, I hope whoever lives here in the future will feel they will be buying the ultimate home with nothing to do except enjoy everything about it. There is ample room for entertaining a number of guests / family at the dining table and during the summer I have plenty of visitors who enjoy barbecues and al fresco meals outside. We even have a terrace area where we play outdoor games. For anyone interested in equestrian activities there is a short cross country course in one of the paddocks and planning permission exists to build a manage.
It is a very quiet and peaceful area with wonderful country walks, yet we are close to access roads to Folkestone and the A2 for Dover, Canterbury and London. There is an excellent pub in Denton and the nearby village of Barham also has a village store and a post office as well as plenty of activities in the village hall while, for golfing enthusiasts, Broome Park Golf Club offers great facilities.
