This house is bound to accommodate any growing family’s needs, with four double bedrooms as well as a family bathroom and an en-suite. No more morning queues! If it is time to relocate your family, why not come to the village of Cooksbridge and enjoy walks across the recently formed South Downs National Park, yet still being close to the commuter town of Haywards Heath, the historic county town of Lewes and the seaside at Brighton. Who could ask for more? Lewes is the closest town, offering a mixture of independent and high street shops, cafes, restaurants and traditional pubs. A selection of popular schools also nearby, as well as the mainline train stations of Cooksbridge, Lewes and Haywards Heath offering travel to London and beyond.
We chose Cooksbridge as it seemed like a great place to raise our children when they were little, thanks to the great schools in the areas and the play park too. London is less than an hour by train so this has also come in very handy. It is now time to move as our children have since flown the nest and we no longer need the vast space our home has to offer, but we will always cherish our happy memories from the past 15 years of living here.
