It’s fair to say we immediately fell in love with the location. As dog owners we can walk for miles over Coley Hill or Walton Heath . We often stop off at the Sportsman pub on the way back for a spot of lunch. In the last few years we have improved the property, remodelling the kitchen in 2015 fitting granite worktops and glass splashbacks, with new floor tiles with underfloor heating, and a new gas hob and extractor hood. The bathroom has been replaced and also has underfloor heating. The en-suite was re-vamped in 2013 renewing the floor tiles, shower and lighting. Apart from the semi-rural surroundings and great neighbours, we love the convenience of the location. We can get to Epsom, Sutton, Reigate and Banstead in about 10 minutes by car.
