If you are looking for a spacious detached family home then this property must be viewed. The house has been very well maintained by the current owners during their 20 year stay here. What attracted us most to this house in particular was the amount of space it offers. We really wanted a separate study rather than having to use a bedroom, and we like entertaining so the fact that there is a dining room as well as the lounge suited us perfectly.
We also like to be able to park the car in the garage so having a double garage with an electric door means we can do this whilst still having plenty of room for storage.
Whilst we have been here we have continued to enhance the house and have made many improvements; most recently we have had a new kitchen put in, new carpets throughout, and a new family bathroom. The only reason we are selling is to move nearer to our family to reduce travelling time.
