WOW, WOW, WOW this must surely be one, if not the best presented and most magnificent houses internally we have ever marketed. This recently built detached family house has been decorated to a very high standard in a very contemporary style which compliments the property superbly. The new buyers will be lucky people indeed and will benefit from not only the remainder of the new homes guarantee but from all the current owners hard work. Spread over two floors, this property offers many bright and spacious rooms. Particular highlights have to be the kitchen/breakfast room, which, due to its size and condition, is extremely versatile and could easily be the hub of this family home. To a large degree all pictures tell a story, however from ours is the ideal location of this property, tucked away at the end of the private cul-de-sac, this property benefits from no passing traffic and in addition somewhat against the norm for new build sites, this house certainly feels part of the community and the current owners have informed us that there has been many a social events organising between the residents giving it a community feel of a much more well established property. From this location, transport links to Hailsham Town Centre or further away towns such as Eastbourne, Uckfield and Brighton are easy as is access to several ‘A’ roads, yet being tucked away in the corner of the cul-de-sac in this quiet estates means you can lead a quiet and peaceful life!
We were drawn to the area mainly due to its rural coastal location with excellent access to local towns such as Hailsham, Eastbourne, Lewes and Brighton. There is also a train station 5 mins away with direct trains into central London.
The area itself is great if you love the outdoors with easy access to the cuckoo trail, abbots wood and South Downs, and of course walks on the sea front.
We chose the house style because of its unique layout and shape, which lends itself to be a great entertaining space. The plot itself appealed because of its position with opens views and fantastic sunsets.
We've loved living here, there is a great community feel and we will be sad to leave.
