OWNERS COMMENTS We have absolutely loved living here and it will be a strange experience giving the keys to the new owners after two very happy decades here. Everything we need for daily life is close by, both for practical reasons and more fun filled activities. The size of the house is perfect for a growing family, as we were when we saw the plans of the property before its construction. As keen walkers and cyclists, we love being nearby the Los Altos park and Sandown and Shanklin's golf club, as well as the cycle tracks. We have done our best to keep the house up together. It is a very economical house to run and we have got brilliant neighbours around us who have helped make living here such a pleasurable experience. We hope the new owners enjoy living here too.
