We quickly realised how incredible the location was, it offers the best of both worlds. It's great for long walks with National Trust land all around. Despite this, the transport links are superb and it's literally a five minute drive to Dorking stations. Since living here we have replaced the kitchen, opened up the dining room onto it and had new flooring downstairs. We have also had the boiler replaced, had a new consumer unit and re-decorated. Now the kids are getting older and flying the nest it's time for us to downsize.
