We purchased our home because it suited our family needs and we felt it resided in a lovely quiet and friendly community.

We have made some changes over the years some of which include having the conservatory built, installing double glazing, changing the flooring and the garage door, block paving the front and updating the general décor throughout.

We did rent the property for a few years which was a very easy process but with a change of circumstances we feel now is the time to sell and move on to pastures new.
