We have lived in this area for most of our lives and it is great to see the revival of Margate. We think our house is in the best possible place and benefits from it all.

We are surrounded by the best the town has to offer. What with the seafront only a short walk away, the park, some great schools and the train station a little over a mile away.

Space is one thing our home has in abundance so we feel it will be best suited to another family. When we moved in we were so pleased it had managed to retain much of its charm and character.
