We wanted to move out from the Croydon area, as we wanted a larger house in a much nicer location and for our children to go to better schools. A colleague of mine lived in Horsham and had recommended this area to me, providing us with the County Times Newspaper. We opened up the paper to the Cubitt and West page and soon found what we were after, and that was 30 years ago!
We have kept the warm air heating system as we find it very energy efficient and seems cheap to run. When we come back home on colder days if the house is a little chilly we just switch the heating on and the whole house is cosy and warm within 5 minutes!
