We were moving from the North to the South East for work purposes with a search radius of Haywards Heath to Horsham. After some careful consideration on schooling etc we decided that we wanted to focus on the Horsham area as we had two young children and this was important to us. We looked at a number of properties in Horsham and Southwater and really liked Southwater village. What particularly impressed us about this home was the tucked away position, the incredible amount of space and the unbelievably private rear garden.

We have been very happy here and will be sad to leave but we want to downsize.
