We bought this house off plan nearly thirty years ago when they were first built. We were very impressed by the quality of the build as they were McLanes homes.
We have not needed to do much to the house, but over the years we have replaced the kitchen and bathroom and fitted double glazing throughout. We had also added the conservatory which has increased our living accommodation, so there really is plenty of room for each member of the family.
The area is lovely and quiet, and very family orientated with a park at the end of the road, and the Cyclopark nearby perfect for taking the family on off road bike ride
We have enjoyed living here, and we hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have over the years.
