Full Details for 4 Bedroom Detached for sale in Whitstable, CT5 :
Built by the owner in 1999 to a high specification with family and a love for horses in mind. The plot is 1.012 acres with large formal gardens where you can take in stunning views across country side and Whitstable Bay, with the ships sailing by.Beyond the formal garden sits a stable block with 3 stables as well as a tack room and hay barn. This has independent access to a lovely paddock as well as lovely floodlit Ménage. The plot also allows space for trailers to be driven directly to the stables which is ideal.Back inside, the layout is generous with the open plan style kitchen, island and Agra as a real centrepiece. The open plan style continues to a lovely family area and conservatory. The large windows and doors keeps the views always in eye line which makes it a wonderful place for entertaining friends and family anytime of year and there is a handy utility room for hiding the washing up!4 nice size bedrooms as well as a shower room and main bathroom again keeps the family in mind. Ample parking courtesy of the in/out driveway and in such a lovely semi rural position that helps make the house so special. Don't miss out, give us a call and have a look!
The time and commitment into building this home was in a real labour of love, We built the house to start our family which has grown ever since so the space is perfect. We have water based underfloor heating throughout but often find that the log burner in the conservatory and the one in the lounge keeps the whole house warm!
Relaxing in the lounge after a long day is great. The views I never tire from and often I watch more of that then anything on the TV!
The grandchildren enjoy the garden, but rather than riding horses they prefer the Quad bike, but it is great to see then make use of the space.
