Full Details for 4 Bedroom Detached for sale in Dorking, RH4 :

A HOME THAT ENCAPSULATES FAMILY LIVING…. Just one way to describe this beautiful home located in a hugely sought after location in a prime position for the highly acclaimed St Paul's primary school. Combining great living space for entertaining and get-togethers, you can either dine in style in the separate dining room or even admire the view of the garden whilst tucking into something special in the elegant conservatory. Afterwards, you can retire to the good size lounge where you can put your feet up in front of the fire and relax in comfort. For those that yearn for an 'eat-in kitchen/breakfast room' this house won't disappoint as it offers a sleek design with plenty of room for a table and chairs and space to get stuck into the recipe books. Upstairs there is room for all the family to stay with excellent sized rooms. You may want to keep the bedroom with the en-suite for yourself though as it would certainly mean less fighting for the main bathroom in the mornings! The warmer weather can't come soon enough and when it does, what better way to spend it than out in the good size garden where you can enjoy the last of the evening sun on the decking with a glass of wine! For those that like to tinker, the integral garage will be right up your street complete with workbench and space to park your pride and joy. Looking to downsize in Dorking, finding somewhere smaller but similar is the current owner's main concern. Have you got what she might be looking for?

What the Owner says:

I moved here over 17 years ago and can still remember it like it was yesterday. My husband and I were downsizing from a large house in Reigate and this was the first time we had considered Dorking. We liked the fact that it was a gated development and also as we bought off plan. We liked the size of the garden and it the fact that it was walled on most sides. It was also very important which way the garden faced as I spend a lot of time pottering about outside so sunshine was a necessity. Since living here I have had all the windows replaced and the conservatory built. I also re-designed and re-placed the kitchen and made the shower in the en-suite bigger. It is now time for me to downsize again and let a family enjoy the benefits of such a wonderful location and fantastic home.
