The kitchen/diner is our favourite room in the house and it’s great for the family and for dinner parties. There are lovely countryside views from some of the rooms in the house. The garden has been landscaped and is lovely to sit out in. We really like the location here – It’s very friendly. Chartham is really lovely and has beautiful countryside walks surrounding it. The lakes which are nearby are lovely in the summer, plus there is a local shop, post office and lots more besides. It’s very easy to drive onto the A28 from here which goes to Canterbury and Ashford.
