This is such a lovely house, one that has given us many a fond memory. We have been here now for over 20 years and it is where we raised our children so will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Over the years we have done a lot of work so someone should be able to move straight in and enjoy living here as much as we have. The lovely quiet area and the neighbours are very good, exactly what you want from a family home.

On a nice afternoon it is great being able to walk into Broadstairs and have a walk around the shops, or even to pop down to the beach. Also, at the end of the road their is a communal gate which allows you to gain access to St Peters village and all the little shops and services available there. The possibilities are endless.
