Just over 15 years ago we stepped into what we would quickly be calling our home. We both loved the location and we could see the potential in abundance. We have updated absolutely everything from the loft conversion to the rear garden. The conservatory and all the flooring have been done recently, as has the summer house. Being in Tunbridge Wells, we are aware of how precious off road parking can be, and having the driveway and garage with workshop gives you great peace of mind when returning home with the shopping. The area is something we will really miss: the quiet cul de sac, nearby park and of course the local schools. We are now at a stage in life where we are looking to downsize.
