Full Details for 4 Bedroom Detached for sale in Billingshurst, RH14 :
This fabulous family home offers versatile accommodation and the benefit of being just a few minutes walk of The Weald school, the station and the shops in the village centre. The house benefits from an open plan lounge area leading into dining area and then out to the conservatory, the light from both ends makes this a comfortable and yet airy space and there is a terrific conservatory to the rear. The pleasant kitchen is uncluttered by appliances as these can be stored in the adjacent utility room and there is a useful ancillary area that was the former garage..Naturally enough the four bedrooms on the first floor occupy the four corners of the house, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a family shower room here too to complement the ground floor cloakroom, further enhancing its family friendly qualities. The rear garden is well stocked and a pleasant place to spend some time when the weather permits and the front garden and driveway are enclosed by hedging that give the property a degree of privacy. On a final note the local village primary school is no more than a few hops, skips and jumps away meaning that for those looking for the next move up this is a must view!
We moved out of a 3 bedroom semi in St Gabriels Road to buy our house and we were impressed by the extra space it offered us. This is a pleasant spot and the houses are well spaced out meaning that your neighbours are there when you want them but not on your doorstep when you don't!We've done the usual things here and decorated a few times whilst bringing up our family. We fitted a wooden floor downstairs and have replaced most of the carpets over the years too.The house is just too big for us now and we would like to move a little closer to family and so we have decided to move on and let someone else enjoy living here.
