When I first came to the property there were so many reasons why it was ideal for my family. The flexibility of this space was a big factor with an extra room downstairs which we use as a separate dining room.

The area off the lounge is somewhere you could to have a family room or study. The garage, being out the back with a driveway off it, takes care of the parking and as well as giving the house more space to the side. I know It’s not a conventional house but there are even more possibilities for the house in the future.

It has been a great family home for us over the years and I hope the next owner will have the same for many more to come.
