There is also the King George VI Park not far away, as well as the cliff top walks.
The house has been designed to be very low maintenance as I spend quite a lot of time in London or France, so to have a seaside home that you can just lock up and leave, and not be concerned that you will find problems on your return, is a great relief. I also have friendly and supportive neighbours who keep an eye on the property when I am not there so that helps as well.
This property has been a lovely home in a wonderful location, but life is moving in an exciting new direction and the time has come to let another family experience the joys of living here.
