OWNERS COMMENTS This is such a lovely property that we bought it twice!! We are surrounded by rolling Downs with numerous walks for the fresh air addicts and nature lovers like us. We walk out of our back gate directly onto the old railway track which leads to Wroxall or Shanklin main town, or go up and over the Downs to St Boniface. In the opposite direction America Woods is a 2 minute walk from our home with its beautiful trails and wildlife. We have enjoyed every moment of living here, with its south facing large conservatory it doesn't matter what the weather is, you can still enjoy the bird life and stunning views. The reason we are selling our home is because we are returning to Australia, otherwise this would have been our home for life.
