We have lived here in Rottingdean which is a beautiful village steeped in history only three miles from Brighton, which can be accessed by a frequent bus service along the coast road, where shopping is a delight. The Sussex countryside is almost on the doorstep where we have enjoyed so many wonderful walks over the Downs and beyond. Our children and grandchildren have especially enjoyed feeding the ducks on the village pond and spending days on the local beach. Gorham Avenue is a quiet and friendly road and our neighbours have become our friends. We are sad to be leaving our lovely home where we have spent many wonderful times with our family and friends but we feel now is the right time to downsize. We will definitely be staying here in Rottingdean.
