I saw this home when we decided to move back to the Island and wanted something modern, maintenance free and close to the town centre. Quite a wish list we thought, until we came across this spacious detached home that was being built.

As soon as I saw the size of the rooms, along with the
tucked away location hidden from the main road, we were instantly smitten! The location was a big thing for us and it really has been a great place to live with both Ryde and Newport being within easy reach, along with a post office being a short distance away and a public house even closer!

There are also some lovely scenic walks right on our doorstep and not far from the beach which is fantastic in the summer.
