Location The property is located within the heart of the Roseland Peninsula, which is both an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a conservation area. The nearest villages are the neighbouring Gerrans and Portscatho. Gerrans offers a public house and historic church. Within half a mile, one will find the harbour village of Porthscatho, which has a range of shops together with a sandy beach. There are coastal walks nearby which allow access around the coast of the Roseland Peninula, passing through the nearby villages and past many pretty beaches. A foot path at the end of the drive to the house leads directly to one such beach called Towan.

Directions From Truro, proceed along the A390 towards St. Austell. Whilst by-passing Probus, turn right onto the A3078 as signposted for Tregony, proceed along this road without deviation. Approximately 6.5 miles from Tregony, pass through Trewithian and then turn left as signposted for St. Anthony, Portscatho and Gerrans. Follow this road for approximately 1 mile into the village of Gerrans. In the centre of the village, on the left is the Church. Turn left after the church and then immediately right next to the Royal Standard pub onto Treloan Lane. Follow the lane past the Manor house and the Farmhouse will be found at its end.
