When we were first looking for a property to buy, our criteria was somewhere convenient to town but not too busy so we can stroll down for a bite to eat, which normally takes around 10 minutes to walk. As we have a paddock next to our garden which is owned by the local residents, we often sit in the garden watching the horses with the children.

Because it’s a no through road, it’s very quiet, our neighbours are all very nice and there is a great sense of community in the area.
