This home sits beautifully within its plot and surroundings and offers a excellent balance of location, individuality in space and design, and gardens that offer an excellent feeling of privacy and tranquillity, largely due to its natural boundaries and back drop.
Located in a very prominent street within the highly desirable Coastal town of Shanklin and Shanklin Old Village is where you will find this four bedroom highly impressive detached family home. What the Owner says:
This property is the perfect family home, which we have loved since purchasing in 1999. Being well set back from Victoria Avenue, the outdoor living area is surprisingly quiet for a property that is in walking distance from Shanklin town centre and its many amenities.
We have reluctantly made the decision to downsize but know it will be very difficult to replace this spacious home which we have enjoyed so much over the last 14 years.
