To us it was all about location when we were looking to buy. Our children were still at primary school and we wanted a peaceful neighbourhood in a location for being able to take woodland walks and access good schools. Our house was perfect for us with such good sized room we knew that we could stay here for many years as our family grew and needed a little more space.
