This property has been owned by our family since it was first built in 1954!
The position is ideal being close to everything, you can walk to the local shops five minutes away at Woodhatch which has a real community atmosphere and there is lots to do. However when you return home it is peaceful and quiet, especially as it's a no through road.
The rooms are bigger than new build homes these days and the property benefits from a ground floor office which has been used as a commercial office for over 50 years.
It does need a 'touch up' here and there to put your style on it but it served our family well for over 60 years!
