An impressive and attractive detached home with lots of kerb appeal and plenty to offer. This property has everything for a young or growing family looking for that much needed extra space and a long term home where you will be able to raise your children in a safe and popular area.
Welcomed initially with an impressive entrance hall leads you off to the generous reception rooms. The lounge is a great place to unwind in front of a roaring fire on a cold winters night, whilst watching your favourite film.
Since the current owners purchased the property they have made many major changes including the rear extension which opens up the back of the house creating a perfect space for entertaining friends and family. A stunning high gloss kitchen has also been added in recent years to give it a modern twist and the neutral and smart decor gives the house a tasteful finish.
The impressive garden is also an outdoor haven to enjoy in better months to come or somewhere for the children to wear themselves out and enjoy in complete privacy. What the Owner says:
My husband and I purchased this property over 20 years ago and we were initially drawn to it due to the highly sought after location and having a young family that we wanted to settle into a family home. Other features that we have enjoyed is the large rear garden with the woodland to the rear, which we use everyday when walking the dog.
The property has been perfect for us as a long term home and we have had some great times here and some fantastic memories to take with us. We will definitely be looking to stay in the local area when purchasing our next property but we are now looking for something slightly smaller and hope this property is a great family home for its next owner.
