We bought this home new, nearly 13 years ago. We picked this one for a number of reasons. Firstly it has a nice flow to it with all the rooms in the right places.

Secondly, it was and still is a very light and airy house, with lots of windows. The garden is sunny all year round and the sun sets right behind us. You can sit in the garden and do not feel overlooked at all.

The house has become too large for us now and we are downsizing, it would best suit a growing family.
