I purchased my home off plan from new; I could tell straight away it was going to be rather special. The position of the house couldn't be better for me as its tucked away in a very peaceful spot. I chose to install solar panels which have over 20 years to run on their current contract. They provide about £1,000 income every year and give me all my power! I also have an internal vacuum system making housework a little easier. The neighbourhood is very friendly and caters well for families with parks and schools all within walking distance. Everything you need is easily accessible from the shops in Hawkinge to larger shopping centres in Folkestone, Ashford, Canterbury and even London with the high speed train, motorway and great bus service.
