Before coming here we had renovated a house in Dover so we had a good idea of how to do things and what we wanted. An opportunity came up where a company bought land were supplying building materials so homeowners were able to effectively build their own properties at a reduced price.

We love the house so much that we've stayed here for 25 years and brought up our three children here. It's so quiet here and very handy for things like shops, trains and doctors. The sea is a few minutes down the road and there is nearby countryside as well.
