I have lived here for many happy years and am excited to pass the property on to a new buyer as I am sure they will love it as much as I have.
The location is ideal for everything, there are local shops in Southwick Square as well as supermarkets close by. If I have needed the train the station is just a short walk away which would be really handy for anyone needing to commute to work. Schools for all stages are also within a short distance as are the local library and doctors. So as you can see it is very central here.
I have enjoyed the sanctuary of the garden in warmer months and loved pottering about in its peaceful surroundings tending to the plants.
