When we bought this property, we saw the potential in it and have put a lot of time and effort into making it what it is now. We have always loved the area as it is so peaceful and yet close to everything. We spend a lot of time in the living space and it has made a massive difference having this at the back of the house as we can enjoy the garden so much more. Having 4 double bedrooms has been great for when family come to stay and with a family bathroom and en-suite there is enough facilities to accommodate everyone.
The previous owners converted the loft space and they used the 1st floor bedroom area for their teenage daughter and this also gave her a separate area to utilise as a living space. We also opened up the hallway to create a good size study.
