We moved here 9 years ago and for us it was all about the view. We couldn't quite believe that we could actually have something so remarkable from our very own back garden. The bungalow itself needed a fair amount of work and we have invested heavily during our time here, including replacing the boiler, re-pointing, putting in a new driveway and installing new soffets and fascias. We also got the swimming pool up and running as it was broken when we moved in. It's now a welcome retreat to escape to! We've added new flooring, added the en-suite in one of the bedrooms and replaced the bathroom. We also took down trees in the garden to make the most of that view! It's a super family home and it has been amazing living here but it's now time to downsize.
